Mein gott, a Medic? Vhat next!

This is my BLU Medic, Johann (pronounced Yo-haan). He is a smattering of many things. A doctor, German, a jew, gay, an occasional crossdresser, with pretty ginger hair.

Johann was actually a little boy during the reign of the Third Reich, and as such has virtually no pleasant memories of his childhood, which was mostly spent hiding in safehouses with his Jewish family from Germany through the Netherlands until finally touching safe ground in the British Isles. He considers himself extremely lucky to be alive. Of course, the experience messed him up a little and rewarded him with a mild taste for bloodshed and... well, you know how it is.

Johann had decided to be a doctor from a young age out of a fascination with life—he's not /fond/ of life, per se, but he is fascinated by it. He actually is generally invested in the well-being of his team, though, and occasionally comes across as fretting too much, though he has very little patience with whining or complaining. He is efficient in his work, and enjoys being a field Doctor far more than office work. Presently he is 35 years old.

He is actually a very pleasant person, off the field—friendly and open and a little flambuoyant. He has never explicitly come out as being gay, but he flirts casually with men, so it's not as if he's trying to hide it much. He does, however, keep his fondness for wearing dresses as a personal secret. Johann walks with a certain straight posture and lightfootedness to his step, as if ready to take off any any moment. This might be an extension of his mild flakiness, but he's honestly just used to keeping up the movement to avoid getting shot. When backed into a corner, though, he turns vicious with the bonesaw and loses it a little—often goes down laughing.

But anyway~ I like him. He's quirky. Most of the time people don't know what to make of him, and he's fine with this. He's going to be pleasant and friendly and flirty anyway, lieblings.

Oh, forgot to mention he plays fiddle. Yep.
